When a foundation is in need of repair, we engineer a solution using foundation screw piles, which results in a structural, permanent resolution.

Whilst cheaper resin injection options are available, they are not suited to all soil conditions or subsidence causes, and can therefore lead to further problems (we have rectified numerous failed resin injection).

Nicole and Jason were absolutely wonderful to deal with, and actually worked with us to implement a solution that fixed our complex underpinning situation, rather than just superficial fixes. Our Process

We put the ‘Wunderful’ in Underpinning

1. Book a complimentary home visit

We manage everything for you, from booking a time that suits you, to assessing your property and building issues, talking through questions and concerns and providing as much helpful information as possible.

2. We provide our Recommendations

If your property requires remediation and if underpinning is an appropriate solution, then our recommendations will include service options, which often include an engineer’s report.

3. Locked Cost Proposal

With the information collected during the site visit and engineer’s report, along with our depth of underpinning expertise, we are able to now provide a detailed locked cost underpinning proposal.

4. Get an Engineer’s Report

This allows us to independently verify our assessment by an RPEQ certified engineer and also gives us the necessary information to accurately develop an underpinning proposal.

5. Underpinning Commences

We start the project with a Kick-off Meeting on site with you, to go over the process in detail and make sure you’re fully informed of every step.

6. Lift Day

The last major step to structurally repair your foundation involves closing up gaps or cracks and levelling floors as much as the building structurally permits.

7. Clean Up

To complete the project we firstly make sure the site is cleaned up and the property left tidy. We ensure all certifications and building approvals are completed.

8. Project Completion

We wrap up all certifications and close out the project.
