Nicole leads the team at Foundation Solutions, with 30 years in the foundation solutions and structural engineering sector. Nicole provides oversight, innovation and direction to the technical, operational, administrative, finance and field operation teams. With full responsibility for managing a high performing talented team, and a successful track record and long tenures with leading providers in the industry, her expertise and experience has earned her industry recognition as:
A finalist in the HIA Women’s Awards; and AIM Young Manager of the Year.
Nicole’s previous roles working with other leading providers in the industry include: General Manager; Group Chief Financial Officer; Chief Operations Officer, and National Business Development Manager.
Nicole is passionate about the industry, highly experienced, driven and highly motivated with a customer-centrix view. With exceptional leadership, she sets the vision, aligns the company, staff and clients to the values of the business. A rare mix of drive, vision and passion. Jason Edmonds
The Lift Crew (TLC) Operations Manager & Company Director
Jason leads the “Lift Crew” team at Foundation Solutions, with 34+ years in the concreting industry working in residential developments and commercial projects including high-rise and foundation solutions.
With deep connections in the industry and an entrepreneurial spirit, Jason has developed accessories for the industry with One Steel, has been highly involved in screw pile development and use, and worked providing solutions with all types of slabs.
Jason expertise with screw pile foundation solutions makes him one of the most highly respected professionals in the industry. With a strong focus on safe practices and safe workplaces, Jason currently leads 4 gangs that form ‘The Lift Crew’ at Foundation Solutions, with a stable employed workforce and has lead up to 6 gangs in concreting in the past.
Jason has strong relationships in the industry and values honesty, a great work ethic, and is exceptionally solution focused.
